Andrea leads McKinsey’s Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, and High Tech Practices in Italy. He specializes in helping clients navigate the digital landscape, including possible disruptions to the business, areas in which they can grow and create value, and opportunities to streamline operations and improve the digital interface. Recent examples of Andrea’s work include:
- advising an integrated telecom operator in Italy on the design and implementation of a digital strategy
- assisting a global telco client with the development and launch of a comprehensive growth strategy across multiple countries
- assisting a technology start-up based in the UK in defining and implementing its go-to-market strategy
- supporting the merger of two major telcos in a western European market
Prior to joining McKinsey in 2007, Andrea spent a number of years working in Telecom Italia’s research and development center and at Siemens AG as a product manager.
