He focuses primarily on growth topics, leveraging his experience in digital and e-commerce, merchandising, and business transformation. He leads the Consumer Practice in McKinsey’s Toronto office.

- guiding the development of the blueprint, operating model, and execution plan of several leading third-party e-commerce marketplaces for large retailers from conception to launch
- directing a series of growth initiatives with a global retailer to accelerate their e-commerce and third-party marketplace top line and profitability
