Avinash is the global co-leader of McKinsey’s Chemicals & Agriculture practices. As an advisor to executives, he helps companies boost value by expanding their geographical territories and product offerings. Equally experienced in addressing issues of company structure and ownership, Avinash leads our work in organization design and family-owned businesses across Asia. He leads QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey in Asia, and is at the helm of the McKinsey Academy, the firm’s global learning and development program for digital and analytics training and capability building.
With deep expertise in the India business environment, Avinash advises on market-entry strategy, postmerger organization, organization design, leadership development, and advanced analytics. Offering an end-to-end strategic approach, his projects often include substantial performance transformations and successful operational redesigns.

- leading a sustained partnership with an agriculture company that resulted in tenfold growth over the course of a decade
