Leads McKinsey’s Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice in Australia and New Zealand, counselling senior executives on strategy, acquisitions, divestitures, and transaction due-diligence

Ben serves global financial institutions and many of the world’s leading principal investors, counselling senior executives and leaders through periods of intense industry disruption.

With deep expertise from his experience with clients around the world, Ben supports leaders with their most challenging issues including strategy, M&A, transaction due-diligence, and improving organizational performance through restructuring, cost management, and transformation.

Most recently, in collaboration with the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI), Ben led our work on Asia’s evolving ‘corporate ecosystems’ as part of the firm’s research series on the Future of Asia.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Ben was a principal at a global management consulting firm, based in in Los Angeles and Sydney; and senior vice president of investment banking at Macquarie Group, based in New York.

Ben currently serves as a non-executive director of Mental Health First Aid Australia, and board observer for The Black Dog Institute in Australia.
