Boudewijn (“Bou”) is a partner in the London office and a co-leader of our Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), where he leads the B2B pricing service line. He has broad experience in growth transformations, both for large corporations and private equity-owned assets. His experience spans a broad range of B2B industries, including electronics, chemicals, agriculture, food, and semiconductors, to name just a few.
Bou is passionate about pricing, growth strategies, go-to-market, sales, and commercial capability building. In addition to his client work, Bou also spearheads knowledge and insights related to profitable growth.
Previously, Bou led the Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice in the Amsterdam office, and before joining McKinsey, he worked as a procurement expert, in which he has a PhD.
