He has deep experience in property and casualty insurance, life insurance, wealth management, and retirement. He leads our data and analytics work for North American insurance. He previously served as the leader of McKinsey’s insurance work in Asia, based in Hong Kong.
In his client work, Brad helps leading financial-services firms combine the power of human and technology capital to create step change improvements for customers, employees, and shareholders. He works with CEOs, CFOs, presidents, and chief strategy officers on strategy formation, transformation execution, and capability building. In particular, he believes in the power of digital, data, and analytics to empower and enable customers and employees.
Based on his experiences serving clients across the globe, Brad believes that the insurance industry in North American and Asian markets have a lot to learn from one another and he fuses global best practices into his client service.
Brad is driven by the desire to help elevate the performance of companies and individual leaders. He enjoys seeing individual and organizations grow to accomplish stretch aspirations. He has served as a counselor to CEOs across many markets, often supporting them through multiple stages of their careers.
