Brandon is a trusted counselor to CEOs, boards, and executive teams. He advises healthcare providers, academic medicine, higher education institutions, insurers, technology companies, and public sector agencies at the state and federal levels. He specializes in strategy, growth, innovation, M&A, technology, operations, and organizational effectiveness, helping organizations navigate complex transformations.

A recognized thought leader in healthcare transformation, Brandon has published extensively on U.S. healthcare productivity and the potential of technologies such as artificial intelligence. A pioneer in technology-driven innovation and large-scale system transformation, he has shaped some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations, from national health systems to global service operations networks and high-growth, investor-led tech services.

Based in Ohio, Brandon serves as the Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Columbus and Cleveland offices and is active on the boards of economic development organizations promoting sustainable, inclusive growth in the region.

Brandon earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T, graduating with Tau Beta Pi honors. He lives in Cleveland, Ohio with his family – including four teenagers – and, whenever possible, finds time for tennis and backcountry hiking.
