Camilo is a partner in McKinsey’s Southern California office. Camilo is a leader in McKinsey’s consumer technology and media work as well as McKinsey’s Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice. He focuses on driving growth and transformational change across media, entertainment, and consumer companies.

For over a decade, Camilo has served leading shapers and disruptors, including media players, direct-to-consumer brands, emerging marketplaces, live entertainment, and talent content creators. Camilo also has been at the forefront of serving artists, athletes, and influencers in business building and monetizing their intellectual property across platforms.

Camilo is also deeply committed to amplifying the voice of Latino storytellers. He recently released the report, “Latinos in Hollywood: Amplifying voices, expanding horizons,” which focuses on how improving on-and off-screen representation of Latinos, their stories, and their culture could generate billions of dollars in new revenue for the industry.

Camilo is a native Angeleno who is committed to local economic and creative development. He is a member of the boards of the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Para Los Niños.

Camilo received his A.B. from Harvard College and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
