Cinzia is a solutions associate expert in the Operations Practice and leads the firm’s Innovation & Learning Centers in Europe and North America, which are innovation and learning centers that offer a wide range of training and workshops on lean and digital. She also supports digital and lean transformation programs in several sectors with a focus on creating lasting lean and digital capabilities.
Examples of Cinzia’s recent work include the following:
- supporting digital transformation with a food and beverage client to set up the “factory of the future” by running a diagnostic on digital opportunities, designing, and implementing the first set of use cases in one plant, and scaling them in the following. She also helped design and deliver more than 20 boot camp days for the change agents, and designed and implemented an internal academy to deliver 60,000 hours of training to 3,500 people
- leading to the creation of a new client capability center in the Middle East to train local companies and support economic growth. In particular, supporting the concept definition, the process, layout, tools identification, and the curricula definition
- contributing to design and set up of a textile capability center in Turkey to support the capability building programs of thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the region
- leading the launch of a Innovation & Learning Centers and its later expansion in to improve the value chain and digital topics as well as building an ecosystem of 100 plus tech organizations
- assisting lean transformation with insurance and semiconductor clients in the design, preparation, and implementation of a lean transformation program at scale with particular focus on building capabilities for sustaining the transformation results
- joining as faculty in internal and external training on operations learning programs and digital transformation
