Examples of Emily's recent client work include the following:
- supporting a regional payer on large-scale M&A, including defining the strategic vision for partnership, business case, organization and operating model, and negotiation strategy
- supporting a payer on pre-diligence for a potential deal, including a detailed performance assessment of the target and development of a strategic and financial case for partnership
- helping a regional payer define its corporate strategy, including functional and business unit strategies to optimize the core and approach to expand into new value pools
- leading an effort to define the strategy for a multipayer partnership focused on transforming the way members receive and experience healthcare
