Gunjan believes in using his skills and knowledge to shape the industry, helping today and tomorrow’s leaders, and move the world towards a more inclusive future. He serves as a coach and mentor, fostering a positive feedback environment among colleagues to enhance client services.

He also contributes to various community initiatives, including Pittsburg Parks and Manchester Bidwell. Additionally, Gunjan serves on the board of a local NPR chapter to ensure the delivery of reliable media and communication. Gunjan enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys by participating in sports, and trying different cuisines.

Gunjan’s recent experience includes:

  • Worked on a variety of studies such as helping home-based pharmacies scale operations for chronically ill patients, focusing on scaling healthcare systems, and incorporating analytics for value-based care.
  • Addressed the effect of labor shortages and rising costs in healthcare by offering solutions through improved staffing systems, reduced attrition strategy, and integration of rapid automation.
