Harry is the leader of McKinsey Sustainability in the UK and Ireland. Harry also co-leads McKinsey Sustainability’s work in hyper-scaling green businesses, including working with investors, start-ups and incumbents across industries. Harry also leads McKinsey’s relationship with the UN High Level Climate Champions and was responsible for our support to, and presence at, COP26. Harry is a frequent speaker and writer on the journey to net-zero. From 2017-2022, Harry was the People Leader for McKinsey in the UK and Ireland, responsible for ED&I, learning and evaluation.

- leading McKinsey’s relationship with a military client to work with equipment support and frontline command, improving output at substantially reduced cost by optimizing supply-chain design, inventory, and efficiency
- working with a government client to reduce multibillion-dollar procurement spending on common goods and services by identifying and prioritizing savings opportunities
- helping a major airline define its required level of growth capacity during the next 5 years through the use of network analytics and growth scenarios
- leading analysis of data from two major cargo airlines to assess joint-venture potential across their current networks
Harry serves on the board of Navimeter, a data-analysis software tool that uses global vessel tracking to predict more accurate port-time arrivals and to improve asset utilization. He is a frequent speaker on the topic of advanced analytics in transportation and logistics.
