- supporting the post-merger integration of a global renewables developer (including offshore wind): defining steps required to achieve full operational integration across all business and supporting functions in a large renewables merger setting
- leading extensive efforts to realize the value capture from combining spend portfolios of two major renewables developers across all relevant spend categories (DevEx, new build, O&M), geographies (EU, Americas, Asia) and technologies
- developing a spend forecasting tool to predict purchasing patterns and enable data-driven, category-based negotiations for a renewables player
- creating AA roadmap with a focus on predictive maintenance and loss reduction for a distribution system operator
- designing an organizational set up including job profiles and roles for a gas infrastructure megaproject
- defining an end-state organizational structure and key processes in a complex carve out of multiple business units for a large European energy company
