Jessica is an associate partner in the Copenhagen office, where she leads decarbonization transformation efforts for advanced industries. Her background is in digital product management and applied AI—skills she brings to help clients tackle tough challenges and develop innovative solutions, including in addressing risks and opportunities from climate change.
Her recent work includes the following:
- leading AI-enabled simulation transformation for engineering at a wind turbine OEM and running transformation for embedded software
- directing a large-scale sustainability transformation for a European industrial manufacturer introducing low-carbon alternative products
- supporting decarbonization transformation focused on Scope 3 supply chain emissions across multiple sectors, from advanced industries to healthcare and pharmaceuticals
Jessica also draws on her deep climate and analytics expertise as a leader of Catalyst Zero, McKinsey’s integrated decarbonization analytics ecosystem, helping companies define and implement a feasible pathway to net-zero emissions. She is an experienced product manager with the aptitude for developing digital products via machine learning.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Jessica worked in investment banking and consulting in data engineering and visualization.
Jessica is fluent in both English and Chinese. She is passionate about analytics solutions that leverage machine learning and AI to solve the most challenging problems in climate change.
