Jill Zucker is a Senior Partner and co-leader of McKinsey’s Global Growth Transformation Service Line, part of the firm’s Growth Marketing & Sales Practice. She also serves a broad range of clients in financial services as Leader in the Banking Practice. Previously, Jill was Managing Partner of McKinsey’s New York Office, and led its North America Wealth Management Practice.

As the co-lead of McKinsey’s Global Growth Transformation Service Line, Jill works with cross-sector leaders to advise on strategic direction and to develop their growth playbook and capabilities, while leveraging the full potential of today’s omni-channel opportunities. Within McKinsey’s Financial Services Practice, Jill has counseled many management teams on issues relating to distribution, pricing, compensation, product manufacturing, digital strategy as well as organizational issues. She also works on topics related to corporate center transformations.

Jill is a board member of PriceMetrix (fully owned by McKinsey & Company), an acquisition she led on behalf of the firm. Jill is on McKinsey’s Partner Election Committee, and established the Dual Career Network on behalf of McKinsey & Company. Her passion lies in improving the recruiting and retention of women at the firm. Jill also serves as a trustee for McKinsey’s Retirement Trust, and a trustee for The Battery Conservancy in lower Manhattan.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Jill worked in investment banking for Morgan Stanley and at American Express in Corporate FP&A. Jill has an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a BA from Barnard College. She lives in New York City with her husband and three daughters.
