Jörn is a senior partner at McKinsey based in Europe. He serves clients in the consumer and consumer health space. His areas of expertise include growth, business transformation, corporate finance and strategy, and marketing and sales—with a special love for brands and sports.
Jörn has been a member of McKinsey’s Shareholders Council (our board of directors) since 2024. He served as the managing partner of McKinsey’s Cologne office for six years and led our Consumer Practice in EMEA. He is particularly passionate about McKinsey’s people mission.
Outside of his work at McKinsey, Jörn is an adjunct lecturer on branding and marketing at the University of Cologne and the Rotterdam School of Management.
