Kim is the head of McKinsey’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice in Europe. He is also part of the core leadership team in McKinsey’s Financial Services Practice and serves a large number of principal investors and private-equity clients globally.
Kim’s work centers on technology and digital, serving clients across industries on strategy development, corporate finance, and large-scale operational and digital transformations.
Examples of his recent client work include helping global and regional telecommunications operators lead transformations; helping banks, wealth managers, and insurance companies to review strategy; and developing strategic, commercial, and operational transformations for financial-technology businesses.
