Kushe provides strategic direction for the firm’s digital and analytics work in India. He has helped a diverse group of companies create a robust digital ecosystem via a build-operate-transfer methodology by creating a range of new digital businesses as well as transforming critical processes through automation and artificial intelligence.
Some of Kushe’s recent work includes building a financial-technology business for a leading Indian nonbanking financial company, setting up a digital bank and mega marketplace for a premier Indian bank, and creating an on-demand network of truck mechanics for a leading commercial-vehicle manufacturer. He is also the founder of a digital-and-analytics-transformers club comprising chief digital officers and chief data officers of leading Indian companies.
Kushe provides guidance for the firm’s Telecommunications Practice in India, which he previously led. A significant project in this area involved transforming the customer onboarding process for a leading global B2B telecommunications provider.
Kushe has also published several articles on digital transformation and is a regular speaker at leading conferences and forums focusing on this subject.
A keen wildlife photographer, Kushe exhibited some of his work in Mumbai in early 2018.
