In her client work, Marta has partnered with clients of all sizes both locally and globally to achieve the next horizon of performance.
Through the firm, Marta also pursues her passion for community service, focusing on helping new Canadians thrive in their new homes. She is also a coleader of McKinsey´s “Women in Mining” initiative.Marta´s inspiration to go into geo-engineering came from childhood days. She studied geology to see how mining operations contributed to the welfare of communities.
