Over the past ten years with McKinsey, Michele has supported clients through our Automotive & Assembly Practice, with an emphasis on advanced digital projects, including the connected car, car data monetization, and future mobility concepts.
Michele coleads the connected-car initiative at the McKinsey Center for Future Mobility, taking direct responsibility for the center’s car data monetization project. He is currently developing knowledge on two initiatives: “future mobility scenarios by 2030” and “future go-to-market models for car data.”

- defining a human machine interface (HMI) strategy for a major car supplier
- conducting a telematics value-chain analysis and defining partnership options for a tier-one supplier
- designing a data monetization strategy for a major truck fleet
- defining a connected products and services offering for a tier-one supplier
- developing a car-connectivity perspective for a luxury car manufacturer
- driving a retail commercial transformation for a premium automotive player
