Minyoung coleads McKinsey's Healthcare Systems & Services Practice in Asia. Since joining McKinsey, he has worked extensively on healthcare projects in Japan, Korea, and the United States.

Minyoung has deep insight in product strategy building, including physician and patient in-depth interviews and product messaging and positioning. He advises pharmaceutical and medical devices companies, both multinational and local, in R&D and innovation, clinical development, and product launches. He helps build regulatory and local market access strategies focused on pricing, regulatory scenario building, and stakeholder management planning.

In the provider sector, Minyoung has extensive knowledge and expertise in service-line and growth strategy. He has also conducted demand and feasibility assessments for new hospitals.
