Moid is a partner in McKinsey’s Chicago office and a leader in the McKinsey Digital practice in North America. He helps top companies meet the challenge of digital innovation by incorporating transformational technology and digital capabilities into overall strategy. He has worked extensively with organizations, in both the industrial and consumer sectors, across North America, Europe, and the Middle East to drive technology-led performance acceleration and growth.

- supporting a major global energy company with developing a tech-forward strategy to accelerate business value delivery and transform its tech operating model
- enabling a global mobility industry leader with strengthening its technology foundation and elevating digital customer experience through an integrated tech-enabled approach
- building up a digital bank by deploying new products and services, setting up a state-of-the-art technology ecosystem and introducing innovative ways of working
Prior to joining McKinsey, Moid worked as a corporate strategist in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. He is passionate about creating equitable access to healthcare and education for disadvantaged communities, both within the United States and beyond. He volunteers with several non-profit organizations regionally and globally in board and/or advisory capacity, including at Executives’ Club of Chicago.
Moid is fluent in English, Urdu and Hindi. In his spare time, he enjoys playing outdoor sports such as soccer, tennis and golf as well as traveling around the world with his wife and two children.
