- designing a national leadership program aiming to develop leadership capabilities at a national scale for a large Middle Eastern country
- designing and supporting the implementation of several corporate academies in EEMA
- conducting several organizational-restructuring exercises for public and private enterprises to align their structure to their strategy
- evolving McKinsey’s global knowledge in the areas of cultural transformation and change management in an agile world
- conducting more than 20 leadership-development workshops throughout EEMA, many together with our Aberkyn colleagues
Before joining McKinsey, Nikola worked as a researcher and journalist for several major publications in Europe. Fluent in English and Serbian, he holds certificates as a chartered portfolio manager, a facilitator of transformation, and as a professional life coach.
