Nina is the managing partner of our Geneva office, and one of the core leaders of our organizational work, focused on large-scale transformations in performance and culture as well as institutional capability building and leadership development across private and social sectors, especially in consumer goods and banking.
Her core expertise is in increasing effectiveness and efficiency of organizations to better deliver on missions. This means implementing a healthy organizational culture, redesigning operating models and organizational structures to be fit-for-purpose, reviewing business processes and ways of working, and delivering change management to sustain the change on the ground.
Nina is also one of the leaders of McKinsey Academy, the firm’s leadership development capability, where she supports clients in strengthening their teams and building capabilities, and helps leaders develop skills and shift their mindsets to drive change.
Nina acted for five years as the leader of our European social sector hub, serving public-, international-, and social-sector organizations—including nongovernmental organizations (NGO) and agencies, institutions, foundations, and public–private partnerships within the European Union—as well as donors on a broad range of impact areas such as education, global public health, and agriculture.
Before joining McKinsey, Nina was an attorney-at-law working in M&A. She is a native French and German speaker and is also fluent in English and Spanish.
