Nitesh has worked with automotive OEMs across segments, including two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, passenger cars, tractors, and construction equipment, advising them on a range of cross-functional issues.

Some of his recent work includes supporting a multiyear domestic-sales program for a leading automotive OEM to maximize market share by leveraging a combination of traditional and new sales-growth levers. He has also worked with automotive OEMs on issues related to after-market and international growth. On the operations side, he has partnered with multiple OEMs to drive end-to-end margin improvement through interventions in product development, procurement, and indirect cost optimization.

Nitesh has also helped OEMs to build new digital business in the after-market space and undertaken comprehensive business-value mapping for digital and analytics use cases across all core functions of sales, marketing, operations, and product development.

Additionally, he has advised large family-owned business groups and individual promoters on issues related to portfolio strategy and new-business entry.
