Nithya is a core leader in McKinsey’s Healthcare Practice and has extensive experience working with provider organizations on growth, strategy, and operations topics. She has served regional not-for-profit health systems and large for-profit health systems on their biggest strategic and operational priorities.
In addition, Nithya has specific expertise on pre- and post-acute healthcare services, including physician and ambulatory care, care at home, and ancillary services such as physical therapy.

- leading a patient-experience transformation for a large ancillary-healthcare provider across a distributed network of clinics

Prior to joining McKinsey, Nithya worked at J.P.Morgan Chase in its investment banking and asset management divisions.
