Since joining McKinsey in 2008, Oleksandr has worked with more than 20 clients in Ukraine, and other countries in Europe and the Middle East. He is a Managing Partner at the McKinsey & Company office in Ukraine, a leader of the Energy and Materials Practice in Central and Eastern Europe and a core member of the firm’s Metals & Mining Practice, where he focuses on steel. In addition to working with private-sector clients, Oleksandr is also excited to support McKinsey public sector work in Ukraine and beyond.
Oleksandr’s client engagements have covered a wide range of functional topics such as board strategy, corporate portfolio and growth strategies, large-scale operational transformations, organizational design, manufacturing operations, supply-chain management and procurement, product development, and many more.
Outside of work, Oleksandr serves on the board of Kyiv School of Economics, the leading graduate school of economics and management in Ukraine.
