Olivia is a partner at McKinsey’s Sydney office. She is a leader in the firm’s Financial Services and Risk & Resilience Practices in Australia and New Zealand, and leads McKinsey’s Wealth & Asset Management Practice in Australia and New Zealand. She brings more than 15 years of experience serving financial-services companies, regulators, and other public institutions on strategy, M&A, risk, and transformation.
Olivia has a strong interest in social business. In 2015, she joined some of Australia’s most prominent business leaders to launch the country’s first “investment bank for purpose”—an organization that provided advice to major corporate and government clients. All profits from the client’s fees funded important health and education projects in developing countries.
Olivia is a passionate change agent for diversity and inclusion, and has won the Australian Financial Review and Westpac’s 100 Women of Influence Award for her work supporting women leaders in developed and developing countries.
