Patrick is the leader and cofounder of RTS in Canada. In this capacity, he helps leading institutions drive rapid and sustainable performance improvement.
More specifically, Patrick leads large-scale turnarounds and transformation programs for leading organizations in a multitude of sectors and regions, using all value-creation levers, with a focus on issues such as strategy, sales growth, cost containment, operations, procurement, supply chain, capital expenditures, and working capital. He has led such programs in a variety of industries, including aerospace, metals and mining, paper and forestry products, and pharmaceuticals.
Patrick’s work at McKinsey has taken him beyond North America to Asia, Australia, and Europe—as well as to China, where he lived from 2006 to 2007. While in China, he helped deepen McKinsey’s expertise in sourcing and manufacturing in low-cost countries.
Patrick is a mechanical engineer and a member of l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ), the provincial professional engineer association. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt. Before joining McKinsey, he held increasingly senior positions in engineering, program management, and strategy for leading aerospace and industrial companies.
Patrick sits on the executive committee of the Montréal Symphony Orchestra’s board of directors and is a member of the advisory board of the G-20Y Association.
