Pierre-Ignace previously worked in the Boston office, where he took part in numerous projects serving financial institutions throughout North America and Europe.
He focuses on designing and rolling out large-scale transformations with companies from financial, infrastructure, and transport sectors. The scope of his expertise encompasses organizational effectiveness, performance improvement (covering both the revenue and operational excellence), and growth strategies.
Pierre-Ignace coleads McKinsey’s Financial Services Practice in Europe. He is also an active member of the Capital Projects & Infrastucture and Travel, Transport & Logistics Practices.
Besides Pierre-Ignace’s work counseling leading executives, he has participated in McKinsey’s research projects in the fields of investment, transformation at scale, and corporate social responsibility. He also regularly contributes to studies led by the McKinsey Global Institute on several macroeconomic topics, such as competitiveness, global capital flows, and financing of the economy.
