Rami is a partner in the RTS Practice and is an RTS leader in Brazil. He has led several transformations, turnarounds, and corporate restructurings and has acted as CEO and CFO and held board positions. He also has extensive experience with mergers and private-equity investing. His recent work at McKinsey includes:
- major transformation in a telecom incumbent, generating more than $1 billion in impact
- transformation of a large food retailer, generating impact of more than $120 million
- corporate restructuring of a distressed telecom incumbent
- oil & gas SPO transformation, generating more than $60 million

As CEO, he led a successful crisis-management operation and turnaround of one of the largest dairy companies in Brazil post–chapter 11 filing.
Serving as CEO and CFO, he led the restructuring and successful turnaround of a Brazilian public food company, conducting the sale process and merger with the market leader.
Rami directed the restructuring and successful turnaround of one the most important Brazilian media groups, acting also as interim CFO.
He is a former partner of a turnaround and interim management consultancy in Brazil.
As board director, he helped negotiate and supervise the largest merger in Brazil’s food industry.
Rami was also a senior advisor for the largest Brazilian private equity firm and is a former partner of a private equity firm.
He served as board director of several public and private companies in the building materials, food and beverage, publishing, logistics, and financial services sectors.
He is a certified board director from the Brazilian Institute for Corporate Governance (IBGC) and has a certificate in corporate governance from INSEAD’s International Directors Program.
