Raphael is a partner in McKinsey Digital, heading both its Technology practice and its tech delivery unit, Build by McKinsey, in Asia-Pacific. He serves clients across the region on strategizing and implementing digital, AI and technology programs, with a sectoral focus in financial services and consumer.

Raphael has deep expertise in working with companies on their digital, AI and technology transformation, building and scaling tech-enabled businesses, and establishing high-performing digital product, engineering and analytics teams.

He also advises clients on technology strategy, transformation and operating model topics, and is an expert on China technology localization.
