Razili is a partner with McKinsey’s Healthcare Practice, where she focuses primarily on healthcare cost and value strategies for private payers and state agencies.
As a founding member of McKinsey’s Medicaid group, Razili has worked with leading health insurers, health systems, and several states in America to redesign the way care is financed and delivered for low-income and special-needs populations. She leads McKinsey’s research and client service related to behavioral health, focused on improving care delivery for mental health and substance use disorder. She helps clients and society combat the opioids crisis by providing insights, expertise, analytics, and technology.
