Reinaldo is a senior partner at McKinsey and the managing partner for Brazil. He joined the firm in Brazil in 1999 and has lived in several countries including Germany, England, United States, South Africa, and Nigeria. He was one of the founders of our Lagos office and acted as its managing partner from 2012-2017.

Reinaldo returned to Brazil in 2017 to lead our work in energy and basic materials in Latin America. Reinaldo supports clients in various industries as well as in the public sector to develop growth strategies and design effective organizations. He has extensive experience in setting up and implementing multiyear programs to transform institutions’ performances. He has worked with clients across the globe.

Reinaldo empowers clients to improve their competitiveness at scale, helping to develop talent and capabilities. He focuses on building high-performing teams that support fast-paced professional development.
