Roger coleads McKinsey’s corporate and investment-banking work in the Americas and leads our Risk Practice in Canada. He has significant experience addressing the strategic, risk-management, technology, innovation, and investment decisions facing financial institutions.
Recent examples of Roger’s work include defining the technology strategy for a leading global investment bank, developing the fixed-income strategy for a leading global investment bank, creating the equities strategy—including cash, prime services, derivatives, and equity capital markets—for a leading global investment bank, supporting four major banks on multiple aspects of their stress-testing efforts and other regulatory remediations, and designing and implementing a comprehensive program to achieve best-in-class risk management at a leading North American universal bank.
Roger speaks frequently at industry events and consults with regulators about trends in capital markets and investment banking. His views have appeared in numerous global publications.
