Rushabh co-leads our Global Corporate and Investment Banking Practice (CIB). Based in New York, he serves a range of clients including corporate and investment banks, commercial banks, exchange groups, custodians and post-trade providers, interdealer brokers, data and analytics firms, and financial technology providers.
Since joining McKinsey in 2009, Rushabh's client service has spanned topics across strategy and corporate finance, M&A, organic business builds, organizational transformations, and operating efficiency. Beyond his core CIB clients, he has also served a number of private equity firms. He speaks frequently at industry events and has been an author of McKinsey's Global Banking Annual Review.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Rushabh was awarded the AIF William J. Clinton Fellowship for Service in India through the American India Foundation. As part of the fellowship, he worked with numerous crafts organizations to help them become more self-sufficient. Rushabh has also previously worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.
In addition to his work at McKinsey, Rushabh is a member of the Tri-State Board of the American India Foundation and a member of The Economic Club of New York.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPhil in development studies from the University of Cambridge, and undergraduate degrees in management and technology as part of the Jerome Fisher Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
