  • developing an IT-infrastructure-target operating model for a leading global airline and driving the execution of the subsequent €50 million transformation program
  • carving out the IT function of a subsidiary of a market-leading insurance company across more than 25 countries, covering IT infrastructure and an application landscape refresh through a transfer to an internal service provider and outsourcing partners
  • developing a new IT-target operating model for a leading global medtech company
  • designing and launching an IT transformation program for a leading global airline, including repositioning of internal IT-service providers
  • developing strategic options for a midsized IT infrastructure and application services provider including driving the parent group's internal IT consolidation
  • designing and executing an efficiency program for a European IT-infrastructure services provider to redefine the customer interaction model and identify run-rate savings of more than 20 percent
  • ideating cloud and IT-infrastructure scenarios for a €100 billion plus consortium of European companies
  • designing a €1 billion midmarket digitization business, building on a nucleus of a company’s existing IT-services and IoT assets
