Tomas is the global leader of McKinsey’s Aftermarket & Services Practice with focus on industrial clients. He guides our practice knowledge and research agenda and supports a number of global automotive and industrial clients in transforming their aftermarket and services business. He has deep experience in a wide variety of aftermarket topics ranging from service operations, service commercialization, digital services and service growth transformations. Tomas work also includes software and advanced analytics business building and transformations for large industrial clients.

Tomas is also a co-leader in the Sustainability Practice. He led the development of McKinsey’s landmark global and national cost curves for greenhouse gas (GHG) abatement. In the last years, he focuses on supporting industrial companies in leveraging software offering and new business models to drive growth while at the same time improving customer’s resource productivity.

Tomas’s articles have been featured widely in industry journals and his work is published regularly in the McKinsey Quarterly.
