- leading a procurement diagnostic and value capture program for an internationally leading health system with a focus on bridging the gap between supply chain and physicians to implement a clinician-led function; project led to ~$50 million of annual impact by leveraging novel contracting and utilization management strategies in partnership with physician leaders
- supporting a $30 billion healthcare system on the optimization of its purchased services spending, driving a pipeline of $350 million of impact in the first year
- leading the creation of the strategy and build out for the analytics hub for a new entrant into the group purchasing organization (GPO) market, inclusive of tools to analyze spend, identify opportunities, and track value capture
